It’s our Loyalty Rewards Program. It opens the door to special benefits and great rewards at every one of our spectacular locations.

As a Loyalty Rewards member, you’ll receive valuable points each time you dine with us – one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax & tip). Loyalty Rewards points accrue automatically and add up to instant credits to your account when you dine at our restaurants. You’ll also enjoy other special perks and privileges exclusively available to Loyalty Rewards members.

Membership Rewards

You’ll automatically receive a $25 credit to your account each time you accumulate 250 Loyalty Reward Points. Cash in on the credit after your next meal with us.

VIP Status

Loyalty Rewards members receive special consideration when making reservations. Reservation times are guaranteed; we will do our best to accommodate all seating requests and your table will be available within 5 minutes of your arrival (based on reservation time). Even without advance reservation, we’ll quickly get you a table for you party of 6 or less when you show your Loyalty Rewards card to the hostess upon arrival.

Instant Account Summary

It’s simple, we’ll keep track of your points and provide you a point balance summary with your dining receipt so you’ll know exactly how close you are to receiving your next reward.

Birthdays and Anniversaries

We’ll help you celebrate your birthday, your spouse’s birthday, and your anniversary. Look for something special in your e-mail.

Earning Points

You can earn points at any one of our four outstanding restaurants. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on food and beverage. Points may only be earned at the time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date. When 250 points are earned, those points are converted into a $25 reward. A maximum of 3000 points can be earned and must be redeemed within that calendar year before midnight on December 31st.

Redeeming Points

After your account balance has reached 250 points you will receive a $25 reward. Your reward will automatically be applied against your check the next time you visit one of our participating restaurants. Rewards are issued in $25 increments. Since there is no carry-over balance, any unused portion of the reward amount will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions

Loyalty Rewards points are awarded on total food and beverage purchases (excluding tax, tip, discounts, redeemed Loyalty Rewards points, redeemed gift certificates or gift cards), rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. Only the single member paying the bill can receive Loyalty Rewards points. If multiple members in one party want to receive Loyalty Rewards points for a portion of the bill, they must each pay that portion of the bill directly to the restaurant. Loyalty Rewards points are only awarded to established members for gift certificate purchases and private parties. Members become established once they have accumulated at least 50 points.
Members may earn a maximum of one point for every dollar spent on gift certificate purchases only. No points are earned when Rewards points are redeemed and they are not eligible for any bonus point promotions, including double point birthday or anniversary offers. Loyalty Rewards points have no cash value. Your Loyalty Rewards card is not a credit card, but is intended only as a method of rewarding you for your patronage. You must be at least 18 to enroll. Pepaj Restaurant employees, affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible to receive a Loyalty Reward Membership card. A $25 enrollment fee is required to receive a Loyalty Rewards membership card and a purchase is required to receive loyalty rewards points. Federal and state tax liabilities remain the responsibility of cardholders. Loyalty Rewards accounts with no activity for nine months will become inactive and points will expire.  All accumulated points expire annually on December 31st and must be redeemed before that date.  
Expired points will not be reinstated if the account is reactivated by an additional visit. This program is for individual use only. Loyalty Rewards points may not be credited to a corporation or business entity. Spouse cards are available upon request. Loyalty Rewards points are valid for all purchases, but may not be used for tax, gratuity, or to exchanged for cash. Pepaj Restaurants reserves the right to change or Discontinue this program at any time, in whole or part, with or without any notice, even though changes may affect the value or use of any points already accumulated. This means Pepaj Restaurants may, for example, withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward, increase the number of Loyalty Rewards points required for an award, or discontinue any benefit of the program, or the entire program. The accumulation of points does not entitle program members to any vested rights with respect to awards or program benefits.
